In the first floor there is a central library and Ikenami Shoutaro’s commemoration’s library, in the 2nd floor hometown and documents’ inquiry section and millenary hall, in the 3rd floor there are facilities like a meeting room and trainingroom. A corner that has recreated Ikenami Shoutaro’s study, autographed transcripts, and his literary works lined up; if you’re an Ikenami Shoutaro’s fan you’ll want to visit at least once. Entrance fee free.
